Learn how you can collaboratively draft events and emails directly in Google Docs so everyone can contribute ideas before an event is actually created or an email is actually sent.
Google Docs has several building blocks that allow you to create structured content directly in a Doc, and like all Docs, that means you can create that content collaboratively with others. We'll take a look at 2 building blocks: 1 that allows you to draft an email in a Doc and 1 that allows you to draft a calendar event. Starting in a Doc can be useful when several stakeholders have inputs for email subject, recipients, content or event dates, times, attendees, event descriptions and more. And even better, once the event or email is complete, simply click a button to pull the details into a Gmail draft or Google Calendar event.
