Learn to create a Digital Illustration Workshop flyer

Canva is a graphic design platform that provides tools for creating social media graphics, presentations, promotional merchandise, etc. To develop promotional content, this workshop uses the free version, there is also a pro version ($120/year for one person) that offers additional elements and functionalities. In this workshop, we will be creating a ‘Digital Illustration Workshop’ flyer to learn and practice using Canva functionalities. Participants are encouraged to follow along, either using a different topic, or simply follow my steps.

In this session, you will

1. Identify the different tools provided in Canva
2. Identify the functionality of their design and accordingly develop a strategy for creating their designs
3. Use different techniques to create visually appealing designs
4. Export their design and upload it to different platforms (ex: SB Engaged/ Instagram/ Brightspace)
