Join Healthier U for a Spring-Themed Mindfulness Meditation Series In-Person!
As the weather begins to warm, join Healthier U in the East Hall (formerly the Chapel in the Wang Center) as we kick off our In-Person spring-themed Mindfulness Meditation Series for faculty and staff. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, this series provides a welcoming space to deepen your connection to the present moment, embrace self-care, and foster inner peace throughout the season.

East Hall will be open for a two hour block of time, allowing for contemplation and relaxation directly after the guided meditation.
