Guacamole, Salsa and Corn Tortilla Chips - smashed avocado with onions, chiles, lime and cilantro, roasted tomatoes, chipotle peppers, toasted onions, cilantro
Buffalo Brussels Sprouts Tacos - roasted in adobo spice, truffle aioli, queso fresco
Salmon Sikil-P’ak - Grilled filet with pumpkin seed-tomatillo mole sauce, pomegranate seeds, queso fresco
Elotes - corn off the cob with chipotle mayo, cotija cheese, chile powder
Butternut Squash - jalapeño butter, roasted plum tomatoes

ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Julieta is a native of Monterrey, Mexico where she worked in the Executive Dining Room at Alfa Corporativo.
She graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 1998 and then kicked off her career as executive chef of New
York’s famed Mexicana Mama in the West Village. Her cuisine is described as modern Mexican with a dynamic French
presentation.
Her formal culinary training and her roots as a young and versatile Mexican woman combine to form her elegant
yet hearty cuisine. She has been a consultant on Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares and has appeared on Martha
Stewart Living Radio. Julieta has also been featured in New York Cooks: 100 Best Recipes from the City’s Best Chefs by
Barbara Winkler and Joann Krellenstein. She was a participant on Food Network’s Iron Chef America and Beat Bobby
Flay shows.
Julieta opened her very own restaurant in 2006 called “Crema Restaurante” in Chelsea, NY. Today, she is owner and
Executive Chef at La Lotería in the West Village NY.
